We will keep it private
We do not sell data. We do not run analytics. We do not load other companies' scripts. We do not make an account in your name. A fake name is a real name here.
The only people who can read your case are the people sitting at this desk. If you left an address, it is stored encrypted, used only to tell you something is waiting, and never added to a list.
We will take time
A week is typical. A day is allowed. Longer is allowed. We would rather be late and true than fast and glib. If we need to ask you something first, we will, and the clock can wait.
We will not pretend
We are not a clinic, a court, a church, or a call centre. We are people who will read carefully and tell you what we actually think. Sometimes what we think is I don't know, and I won't invent an answer. That is rare. It is still part of the promise.
It costs nothing
There is no later invoice, no upsell, no "premium honesty." If we ever cannot take more problems, we will say so on the front of the site instead of collecting them in a pile.
